Sponsor a Hackathon Outside the USA

We propose that the Fractions Foundation and Community sponsor a hackathon for devs to either build using FRACTIONS or in their preferred chains under the banner of Fractions support.
We're currently in talks with one incubator and hackathon organization out of Indonesia, which would be a great market for FRACTIONS onboarding.
Other countries and orgs are welcome to reach out and comment below to facilitate this roadmap item.
